We are here with the second phase of our project, located in the Yenibogazici region, known as the citta slow of Famagusta.
Located 1.5 km from the historical Salamis ruins and the white beach of the Mediterranean, our project draws attention with its social facilities. There is a common indoor and outdoor pool, Turkish bath, spa and sauna in this project, which has the taste of an ideal holiday home and is surrounded by greenery, and there is a green area. We have 1+1 garden floor apartments or 1+2 loft apartments in our project, which offers 40% down payment, 30% until delivery (December 2024) and 12-month additional installments for the remaining 30% after delivery.
