The project, which is divided into two parts as mountain and sea sides, is planned to be provided with an underpass for transportation between the sections. The Esentepe region, located on the northern coastline of Northern Cyprus, is 20 minutes from Kyrenia, 30 minutes from İskele, 40 minutes from Famagusta and 40 minutes from Ercan Airport. The project, where you can watch the most beautiful sunset of the island, will have Pera Beach Club, which also serves in the İskele Long-Beach region, on the seaside. There will be a restaurant with delicious food and entertainment right on the seafront, two separate heated pools, indoor and outdoor, that can be used in all seasons, a fitness and SPA center, a lagoon pool in the sea and a pub. In addition, there will be a private pool in front of each block on the sea side and 5 common pools, a Paddle Tennis court, a children’s playground, green gardens, a multi-sport facility and a pet park on the mountain side. The project delivery date is June 2026.
